Process notes
- Minimum 1 hour drying time between each coat.
- Before each dip, mist shell surface lightly with Remasol SP-30 spray bottle.
- All 12 coats use the same slurry — no prime/backup distinction.
- Coats 1–3: dip only, no stucco. Coats 4–6: fine silica sand. Coats 7–9: medium silica sand. Coats 10–12: coarse silica sand.
- Apply stucco immediately after dipping while slurry is still wet.
- Allow full overnight dry after coat 12 before burnout.
